Roles and

Responsibilities The Partner will provide strategic leadership across multiple audit engagements, act as a key client relationship manager, and support Partners in driving practice growth, quality, and people development. The role involves oversight of large and complex engagements, escalation management, and contribution to business development and firm initiatives. The person will have a good exposure to Statutory Audit (Company law & Income tax), Audit Standards and Company Law. We are also open for Audit professionals with their own practice willing to merge his/ her practice with our firm in Bangalore to build a well-rounded Professional Services Firm.

Key

Responsibilities  The person will provide overall leadership and oversight for multiple audit engagements across industries.  Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing senior-level relationships and expectations.  Ensure audit engagements are delivered in line with audit planning, quality standards, timelines and budgets.  Review and resolve complex accounting, auditing, and reporting issues.  Lead escalation management with clients and internal stakeholders.  Business development initiatives, proposals, client pitches, and practice expansion initiatives.  Drive process improvements, efficiency, and innovation within the audit practice.  Mentor, coach, and develop Managers and senior team members; identify future leaders.  Play a critical role in recruitment strategy, talent retention, and succession planning.  Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and professional standards across engagements.  Represent the firm at professional forums, networking events, and training programs.  Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership.  To enhance documentations and process to improve overall quality of audit  Comply with Rules & regulations as may be applicable

Requirements

Education CA with Post Qualification experience of minimum 8 plus years COP is a must Location – Jayanagar Bangalore Others- Should be able to communicate in Kannada.
