It is an apparel and textile manufacturer and wholesaler dealing in traditional ethnic wear, such as sarees and lehenga cholis, operating as an enterprise closely tied with a well known Textiles. While often associated with Bangalore as part of a collective legacy dating back to 1974, the LLP's primary corporate and manufacturing base is located in Surat, Gujarat, with branch operations and storefronts spanning across Kolkata and Bangalore

Function

Administration & Operations Location: Bangalore

Branch Reports To: General

Manager / Managing Director Employment Type: Full-Time,

Permanent Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM (as per operational requirement)

Annual CTC: Up to ₹9.5 – 10 LPA (Take-Home: ₹75,000 per month)

About the Role We are looking for a sharp, dependable, and highly proactive Admin Executive to anchor the day-today operations of our Bangalore branch. This person will be the connective tissue between departments — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, every team has what it needs, and the branch runs like a well-oiled machine. This role goes beyond routine administration. It requires someone who takes unconditional responsibility, communicates with clarity, and genuinely treats the organization's interests as their own.

What the Role Involves Branch Operations

  • Manage the complete inter- and intra-departmental operations of the Bangalore branch on a daily basis
  • Guide departments to stay productive and focused on the right priorities at all times
  • Support the GM/MD in coordinating with other branches that interact with Bangalore operations People & Team Administration
  • Handle leave approvals, attendance, and day-to-day employee requirements efficiently
  • Lead the onboarding process for new joiners — documentation, orientation, and setup
  • Drive regular employee engagement and plan one or two team outings annually to maintain team morale Meetings, MOM & Documentation
  • Conduct structured department meetings to review systems and keep teams aligned
  • Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and all related documentation on the same day — no deferrals
  • Ensure all communication, approvals, and decisions are documented and traceable SOP & Policy Compliance
  • Keep department SOPs and role profiles updated as and when policies change — at the branch or organizational level
  • Maintain organized, accessible records of all branch-level data across departments Finance & Expense Management
  • Record and track all branch expenses — cash, online transfers, and cheque payments
  • Prepare expense summaries and provide data-backed inputs to seniors for future expenditure decisions
  • Raise early flags when spending patterns indicate a budget risk Communication Standards
  • All internal communication — including intra-branch — must be handled through Google Chat and Gmail as per company policy
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all operational queries and escalations at the branch level

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in branch administration, office management, or operations coordination
  • Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, and English — all three are non-negotiable for this role

Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace: Gmail, Google Chat, Google Sheets, and Google Docs (daily use, not occasional)

  • Someone who does not need to be followed up — they follow up on themselves
  • Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline
