Description: Lead/Executive –

Training & Development Location: Headquarters: Bangalore (Electronics City)

Employment Type: Full-time with immediate joining

About the Role As our Lead/Executive (Training & Development), you will be the logistical backbone of our nationwide training operations. Our company manages large-scale computer-based examinations across India, which requires frequent technical and operational training for diverse teams in various locations. We are looking for a high-energy professional who excels at coordination, loves the "people" side of HR, and can maintain meticulous records while ensuring our training sessions run without a hitch.

Key

Responsibilities 

Training Coordination: End-to-end management of technical and operational training sessions across various Branches of the Company PAN-India. 

Stakeholder Communication: Drafting and sending professional, courteous, and clear emails to candidates, technical trainers, and venue partners. 

Logistics/Scheduling: Organizing training calendars, ensuring conduct as per schedule, and confirming trainer availability. Organize logistics for the training, if required. 

Tracking & Documentation: Maintaining a robust database of training completion, attendance, and certification records in the Training Portal. 

Feedback Management: Collecting and analysing post-training feedback from participants or from the Training Portal to identify areas for improvement. 

Soft Skills Facilitation: (Preferred) Occasionally conducting internal soft skills or orientation sessions for new hires or site staff.

Requirements Required

Qualifications & Skills 

Education: MBA in HR/Graduate with experience or Training & Development (preferred). 

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a similar HR or Training Coordinator role. 

Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Hindi is mandatory. Must be able to communicate effectively with people from various regions of India. 

Communication Style: Adept at business etiquette; able to write emails that are professional yet empathetic. 

Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel for tracking/Power Point) and familiar with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams). Page 2 of 2 

Coordination: Must be capable of effective coordination with various Departments/Teams of the Company. Competencies for Success 

High Energy: Willingness to work extensively and beyond working hours (if necessary. 

Meticulous Organizer: Must possess excellent organizational skills who goes by a checklist. 

Adaptability: Comfortable coordinating with technical teams and understanding the nuances of computer-based testing environments. 

Training Flair: Ability to stand in front of a group and deliver engaging soft-skills content is a significant plus.

Compensation: The right candidate will be adequately compensated (Approximately 5-6 LPA)- Negotiable.
