Role Overview A hands-on, techno-functional role inside the FI/CO, SD, MM, and EWM modules is currently being offered. ITGC controls and a clean master record within SAP S/4HANA are to be maintained by the specialist. Day-to-day issues holding up requisitions will be investigated and resolved through collaboration with finance, factory teams, and internal/external tech partners.

Responsibilities
Audit & Access Controls: User access controls and T-code permissions are periodically monitored, while segregation-of-duties (SOD) conflicts are reported and remediated. Timely deactivation of SAP access for employee exits or role transfers is driven systematically.
Master Data Governance: Material Master, Business Partner (BP), and EWM Product master data are created and maintained across all relevant views and plants. Purchasing Info Records, Material Groups, and HSN codes are kept consistent across the catalogue.
Operations & Period Closure: The end-to-end vendor onboarding process is run, during which GST, PAN, and tax documents are validated. Tax conditions across MM and SD are maintained, and month-end period-closure activities are fully supported.
Project Testing & Deployment: Functional requirements are gathered and translated into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is led for new SAP implementations and enhancements before they go live.

Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience working with SAP master data or the SAP MM module is required, ideally within the manufacturing, retail, or interiors sectors.
Technical Profile: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is expected; additional exposure to EWM and the Business Partner model is considered a strong plus.
Core Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of BOM linkages, PR/PO workflows, and ITGC audit controls must be possessed by the candidate.
Competencies: Strong root-cause analysis capabilities and clear communication skills across financial and factory teams are required.
